Considering the worthy contribution of Dr. Panjabrao alias Bhausaheb Deshmukh in the field of Agriculture, Agricultural Education , its research & extension, Shri Shivaji Education Society has started Dr. Panjabrao Deshmukh Agriculture College, Papal in 2026-27 on unaided basis under the academic control of Dr.Panjabrao Deshmukh Krishi Vidhyapeeth, Akola.
At present the college conducts a four year degree course in Agriculture (B.Sc.) in the field of Agriculture under Dr.P.D.K.V., Akola. The college has experienced & well qualified faculty as well as good infrastructural facilities. The institute adopts student’s centric teaching & learning methodologies in order to groom the students with excellent employability, skills and professional competency.In addition to, the college organizes guest lectures, seminars, sports events, cultural activities, awareness programs etc. for the all round development of every student.
